Anna Scire is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Orthopedic Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Pregnancy (Prenatal / Post Partum) Massage, and Pre / Post Athletic Event massage therapy, Zero Balancing, Craniosacral Therapy, and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy. Her practice emphasizes the treatment of injuries and myofascial dysfunctions resulting from accidents, repetitive stress, athletic events, or postural and other disorders. In her eight years of practice she has treated a wide variety of conditions, including TMJD, headaches, Carpal Tunnel and Thoracic Outlet Syndromes, Sciatica, Fibromyalgia. She frequently works with chiropractors and other health practitioners to ensure a comprehensive treatment program leading to recovery and rehabilitation.

Anna's practice is grounded in a holistic approach focusing on both the body's structure and the natural flow of the body's energy to alleviate acute and chronic physical conditions and related emotional states, such as anxiety, stress, and depression.

She graduated at the top of her class of Massage Institute of New England (MINE). She has been an Assistant Instructor for both Theory and Technique of Massage and Anatomy, and is currently an Instructor of Anatomy, Pathology, Orthopedic Injuries and several other classes at MINE. Anna is certified by the NCBTMB (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork) and is an active member of the American Massage Therapy Association.
